Dr. Emil Villaroman, Jr. has been serving the Tracy and Modesto communities since 1998 with a passion for personalized, compassionate dental care. With decades of experience in cosmetic and family dentistry, he brings expertise, warmth, and dedication to every patient.
A graduate of top dental programs and a lifelong learner, Dr. Villaroman stays at the forefront of dental technology and techniques to provide the highest quality care for his patients and their families.

Dr. Melissa Villaroman earned her dental degree from the University of the East in the Philippines in 1994. She later moved to California, where she built her career from the ground up — achieving practice ownership by 1998, all while raising a young daughter at home.
Today, Dr. Melissa plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in the practice, overseeing administrative operations to ensure everything runs smoothly for our patients and team. She also enjoys staying connected to clinical care, occasionally picking up a shift to perform routine cleanings and preventive care.
Her journey — from earning her degree abroad to building a thriving practice while raising a family — reflects the dedication and heart she brings to everything she does.

Dr. Genato Tongol
DDS, Associate Dentist
Dr. Genato Tongol was born and raised in the Philippines. He obtained his Dentistry degree from the University of the East and passed the Philippine Dental Licensure Examinations garnering 13th place among all examinees in the country. He built his own dental practice in the Philippines before moving to California in 2000. After obtaining his California Dental License in 2003, he joined a family practice in Fremont and Milpitas, California, and later joined Dental Care Plus & Aesthetic Dental Designs in 2013. With over 25 years of experience in general dentistry, Dr. Tongol is dedicated to continuing professional development to ensure his patients receive the latest and effective treatments, focused on preventative care and maintaining overall oral health. Dr. Tongol works at our Tracy and Modesto offices, Tuesday through Friday.
Dr. Jacqueline Gonzalez
DDS, Associate Dentist
Dr. Gonzalez was raised in a large, close-knit family as one of 11 children. One particular day, at age 10, left a lasting impression on her: after a morning dental appointment, she waited at the office much longer than expected. Caught up in a busy day, her father didn't realize she was missing until the family sat down for dinner at 5 p.m. — at which point he rushed back to pick her up. What could have been a stressful afternoon turned into something unexpected: hours spent watching the dentist work with his patients, completely absorbed in the process. That single afternoon planted the seed for what would become her life's calling. She went on to study dentistry at the University of the East, and later became a licensed dentist in California in 2006. Her career has taken her to several practices over the years, and she has called Dental Care Plus in Tracy home since 2013. Growing up as a middle child taught her to listen closely, mediate between siblings, and care for the younger ones in her family. That early experience nurtured a deep sense of patience and understanding — qualities she brings every day to treating her youngest patients. Dr. Gonzalez's goal is simple: to make every visit, especially a child's very first, feel comfortable, welcoming, and even a little fun.
Dr. Vince Olanda
DDS, Associate Dentist
Dr. Olanda comes from a military family, an upbringing that took him around the world and instilled in him adaptability, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for connecting with people from all walks of life. He earned his B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior from the University of California, Davis in 2019. During his time at UC Davis, he was an active member of a student organization dedicated to supporting Filipinos in healthcare, reflecting his early commitment to community and representation in the field. Dr. Olanda went on to complete his dental education at the University of La Salle Bajío in Guanajuato, Mexico, a rigorous 4.5-year program that shaped him into the clinician he is today. Now practicing as a dentist, he brings the same curiosity and drive that has defined his journey — always eager to learn, grow, and provide the best possible care for his patients.
Dr. Kimi Villaroman
DDS, Associate Dentist
For many of our patients, Dr. Kimi is a familiar face long before she ever picked up a dental instrument. As the daughter of Dr. Melissa, she practically grew up in the office — spending countless hours here as a child and forming genuine connections with patients and staff along the way. That early exposure to dentistry, and to the relationships at the heart of it, played a big role in shaping her own path into the profession. Dr. Villaroman earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis in 2019. She went on to attend the same dental school as her colleague and husband, Dr. Olanda, at the University of La Salle Bajío in Guanajuato, Mexico. Having watched this practice grow from the inside for most of her life, Dr. Kimi brings a unique blend of familiarity and fresh perspective to her care — combining the trust patients have known for years with the latest in modern dental education and technique.
